Upside, Ebix BPO Alliance Offers Quick Access to Compliance Information

Upside Software Inc., an integrated enterprise contract management software provider, and Ebix BPO (Ebix BPO), a provider of certificate of insurance compliance monitoring services, have announced an alliance that allows client organizations to access insurance compliance information from Upside’s contract management system.

Contract management is growing as a focus for many organizations, and compliance is a key challenge in vendor management initiatives. Under the alliance between Upside and Ebix BPO, the companies have developed an interface that integrates insurance compliance data compiled by Ebix BPO on behalf of client organizations with Upside’s UpsideContract. Common clients will be able to view the insurance compliance status of their vendors and suppliers without leaving the familiar interface of their UpsideContract contract management software.
