Current openings in our Customer Service Department –

Service Center Manager:  

This position requires a background and proven success supervising an ACD Call Center and/or Data Entry Operation. Applicants must have excellent communication, analytical and people skills to help our staff achieve their daily goals.  The Service Center Manager will conduct routine operations analysis focusing on product service delivery and quality.  Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of external and internal customers.   

Various Customer Service positions:

Most require customer service background, attention to detail, communication skills, grammar skills, computer knowledge with MS office applications, and positive attitude.
